My Story—
Ever since I got pregnant with my second son, my hormones changed drastically which activated mild rosacea and annoying acne. Trying to battle acne with a skin care line that has ingredients you trust is… hard. Before my son’s fourth birthday, MONAT released the acne line and I was SO READY. Is there a monthly fee?
Nope. The only fee you ever pay for MONAT is the one time enrollment fee added on top of today’s order. This $19.99 gives you lifetime access to all VIP perks for life!
Which countries does MONAT currently ship to?
United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Lithuania, France, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.
Is there a required autoship/subscription?
Nope. There is no requirement for an autoship. On todays order you will see a rough draft for a potential future order; however, this order will not be processed and I will contact you via my MONAT number to help you either manage or cancel that order on the 16th of the following month.
What is the Only For You VIP gift?
This is MONAT’s special treat to VIPs anytime they order a flexship of $84 or more. Your first order with MONAT is required to be $84 or more, so today you are receiving a free gift! You may choose the gift you want in the Only For You tab of your enrollment order.
What is a flexship?
A “flexship” is a flexible, editable future order program. You can create a reoccurring order in your VIP suit under the flexship tab. This order is always able to be changed (both products + shipping date) up to 24 hours before the scheduled processing date. This is an optional service (and one many VIPs love!)
If VIPs automatically have a 15% discount, then what is the Purchase Plus discount?
This is an extra discount! The Purchase plus discount is stacked on top of your products already being 15% off! All products inside the VIP side of the website already reflect a 15% discount in the price. (This is why anyone who googles MONAT never sees an accurate pricing.)
How often are flash sales?
OFTEN. Expect a flash sale almost every week.
Can I still get flash sales if I am not a VIP?

What other coupons are available to me?
There are two other coupons available to VIPs. The birthday coupon is emailed to any VIP with an active flexship during their birthday month. This coupon is $25 off any regular or flexship order! VIP points are a second coupon program that tracks points from your previous purchases. Each dollar you spend gives you a point. When you reach a certain amount of points, you receive $15 off coupons as well as free products sent to your door! Neither coupon can be applied to flash sales.
